VA Lighthouse is me, Joy Sanders. I have 20+ years of administrative experience in a broad range of companies. Small businesses hire me on a contract basis to act as their part-time “business manager and virtual assistant (or personal assistant)”. I live in Auckland and have 2 adult daughters and have a passion for books and learning.
With a focus on helping her clients make more money, more efficiently and with less stress, my past and current work includes streamlining and improving systems. I have worked with a range of high profile companies of all sizes but specialises in supporting small businesses and independent professionals.
